Your data rights

What you can ask for

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to pause using it, to send it to you in a portable file, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw permission you previously gave. You can also tell us to stop sending marketing, and we must stop. Using these rights is free and we will not treat you differently for it.

Zella Construction Ltd will use these details only to find your information and answer your request, and to keep a record that we answered it. We do not ask for identity documents unless we genuinely cannot identify you from what you have given us. Read the Privacy Notice.

We use this to identify your information and to reply. Nothing else.

Please do not include health details, bank details or copies of identity documents. We will ask only if we genuinely cannot identify you.

A note on deletion

We cannot always delete everything immediately. Some records must be kept for a legal reason — for example tax records, or information needed for a legal claim. Where that applies we will tell you what we are keeping and why, and delete the rest.
